Exploitation by Clergy
There are many issues that are common to situations involving sexual
exploitation of clients by various types of professionals. Even though we have
divided these listings of articles into various categories, it is worthwhile to check out
the articles in the other sections.
These articles are organized by topic, and within each topic,
labels articles which we host here at AdvocateWeb.org, and then we list links to articles
at other sites, followed by references to printed publications. Within the
sub-groupings, there is no particular order by title or author. Send us a note if you are aware of other good links to add, or if you
are an author and wish to submit an article.

Why do we cover this?
By Marvin Olasky - Cover Story -
WORLD Magazine March 30,
2002
WORLD is purposely leaving out of this story
gross specific detail, but some readers may wonder why we are running it at
all. The essential reason: Churches can take steps to prevent or at least
reduce the frequency of clergy sexual abuse—if leaders and members are
informed.
