Attorney PanelInterested in Joining Our Attorney Panel?

AdvocateWeb is the leading Internet resource on the topic of professional sexual misconduct and exploitation.

Visitors to our Website are Often Looking for an Attorney

With over three quarters of a million visitors to our website since 1998, we frequently are contacted by victims, survivors, and institutions seeking help.  One of the most common requests is for information on where and how to find an attorney who handles these types of cases.

A "Win-Win" Deal!

This is truly a service that benefits many people!

Benefit to Attorneys:  If you are an attorney who handles professional exploitation, medical malpractice, sexual harassment and/or sexual abuse cases, you could not find a better place to list your services!  With so many visitors to our website, you will gain the visibility of many potential new clients.   If you become a Premier Member of the AdvocateWeb Attorney Panel, you will also benefit from the ability to network with other Premier Members who are successful seasoned attorneys and experts specializing in all aspects of sexual exploitation.

Given the emotional damage done to your client through sexual exploitation, AdvocateWeb can assist you in providing the emotional support and understanding your client may need. Attorneys don't always have the time to devote to their clients' emotional needs. AdvocateWeb provides additional resources, peer support, helpful articles, and a litigation guide to help educate your client in the legal process and what to expect during the legal process.

Benefit to Victim/Survivors: The AdvocateWeb Attorney Panel is also a tremendous help to victim/survivors who are seeking legal advice or representation.   Survivors frequently ask the question, "What attorneys in my State handle cases like mine?"   The AdvocateWeb Attorney Panel will have the answer.

By joining our Attorney Panel, your firm will help fund our public services provided to victims, survivors, and victim-advocates. You will be a part of providing valuable services to the community!

Listing Your Firm

If you are a member in good standing with your state bar, and have sufficient experience in handling professional exploitation cases or medical malpractice, sexual harassment and/or sexual abuse cases, then joining the AdvocateWeb Attorney Panel is a wise choice.

By joining the Attorney Panel, you will be listed under the State you choose.  We have a two-tier listing.  If you choose to be in a Premier Listing, you and your firm will be among the first law firms listed when searching by State.

Premier Listing

Premier Listings are given an exclusive priority presentation when searching by State, limiting to a maximum of 3 Premier Listings per State (first come, first served basis).  With a Premier Listing, you may include the following information:

  • Name
  • Contact Information
  • Number of years practicing
  • States in which you are licensed
  • Website link (if exists)
  • Optional Photo
[attorney, whole firm group photo, or office]
  • Optional Firm Logo

With a Premier Listing you will also receive membership in a private Email discussion group for conferring with other Attorney Panel members.

Beneath the Premier Listings is a link that then presents any Standard Listings.

Standard Listing

The Standard Listing is a non-exclusive listing of all other participating attorneys for that State.   When viewing Attorney Panel members for a State, Premier listings are presented first, in a featured format.  The user must then click to view other firms included as Standard Listings.  With a Standard Listing, you may include the following information:

  • Name
  • Contact Information
  • Number of years practicing
  • States in which you are licensed

With a Standard Listing you will also receive membership in a private Email discussion group for conferring with other Attorney Panel members.
