From a Spouse
anon

Life had gotten so hard
I needed your help

Our marriage was in trouble
I needed your help

I bared my soul to you
I needed your help

I trusted you to counsel me
I needed your help

I trusted you to counsel my wife
I needed your help

I trusted you
You said you could help

You gave me guidance
You said you could help

You met with my wife
You said you could help

I had every reason to believe you
You said I should trust you

I trusted you

As she got worse,
As "we" got worse,
As my marriage fell apart,
As you told her to not trust me,
As you told her that only YOU could help her,
As you scr*wed her mind and her body
As you insisted you were helping
As you seemed so sincere
I blindly and
Foolishly
Trusted
You

You destroyed literally everything that ever mattered to me

And I paid for the "privilege".

Did you enjoy her?
Did you enjoy using her?
Did you enjoy taking advantage of us?
Did you enjoy every lie you told me?
Did you enjoy watching the pain you caused?
Did you enjoy watching the destruction as you continued in your little "game?"

Did you?

Was it worth the price that I paid?
Was it worth the price she paid?
Was it worth the price my children paid?

All to fulfill your sexual desires.

How do I ever say "thank you?"
