Damaged emotions, bodies
reach out scarred hands
to one another, sharp edges
sometimes inadvertently,
sometimes quite deliberately,
catching each other's vulnerabilities.......
But mostly standing together,
an army of incredibly broken
immensely powerful beings
proclaiming truth, no longer silent!
Claiming their right to live
a life of justice, mercy on God's earth.
Their thrust, respect for one another.

a life truly worth living on this earth.
