TO ALL MY BROTHER & SISTER
SURVIVORS ALL OVER THE WORLD
During my 18 years of healing as an adult survivor
(ages 5-23) of sexual exploitation, rape, torture, incest, pornography
and a violent 1st marriage - my journey has taken me down a spiritual
and Christian path that has given me peace now and the tenacity,
courage, and perseverance to help others... I am now 40. The
rainbow is a gift from heaven above- it appeared once when I was near a
nervous breakdown years ago after a storm, both inside me and outside -
I knew this one was special and had to mean something to me, somehow,
someway, someday? These words and colors came to me in thought and
prayer and I felt compelled to jot them down and share. Read this
journey and know that "YOU TOO" can be touched from above and
have peace - each color is a step (or phase) one must go through and
work on... and yes, it does work... My gift to each of you who
reads this is PEACE and wishes of wellness in your future! Feel free to

RED is
Anger & Denial
BLUE is
Sadness, losses & Pain
GREEN is
Blame, Shame & Guilt
ORANGE is
for Acceptance of self and others
PURPLE is
for Forgiveness of self and others
YELLOW is
for Faith, Awareness, Compassion & Power
With healing through
these colors one becomes WHOLE
